You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We believe in our toys, and we'd rather you build with confidence than feel stuck with a purchase. If you're not delighted, we'll make it right.
Return eligibility & condition
To keep things fair for everyone, returned items should be:
- Unused, or returned in the same condition you received them.
- Complete — with all pieces and components included.
- In the original packaging where possible (a little wear from opening the box is completely fine).
We get it — curious kids open things fast. As long as the set is essentially complete and undamaged, we'll happily accept your return.
How to start a return
Starting a return takes about two minutes:
- Email us at support@magbricks.store with your order number (it looks like #MB10000 and appears on your confirmation email).
- Tell us briefly why you'd like to return the set — your feedback genuinely helps us improve.
- We'll reply within one business day with simple return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
If your item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, the return is on us — we'll send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service so your package can be followed back to us.
Refund timeline
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it within 2 business days. After it's approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider — most refunds land within a few days of being processed.

Exchanges
Would you prefer a fresh set instead of a refund — for example, if yours arrived with a damaged piece? Just let us know when you reach out, and we'll arrange an exchange for you, free of charge.
Damaged or defective items
If your Adventure Set arrives damaged or with a defective piece, you don't need to return anything first. Simply send a photo to support@magbricks.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement right away. No hassle, no cost to you.
Non-returnable cases
To be transparent, we're unable to accept returns in a few situations:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Sets returned with significant missing pieces or that have been damaged through misuse.
- Items returned without first contacting our support team to start the return.
Order cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@magbricks.store with your order number and we'll take care of it. Once a package is on its way, our standard return process applies.
